Centered is a discipleship program in which we gather together, one day a week for ten weeks, for a meal and fellowship, study of scripture, conversation and prayer.

Every Friday starting from January 20, 2023 to March 24, 2023

6:15 PM to 8:00 PM

St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Van Nuys, California

Who can participate?
Anyone interested in the Christian faith, living life as a Christian and as a follower of Jesus. You are welcome to invite friends and family.

What is the program for the evening?
The evening starts with a meal and a time of fellowship.
This will be followed by videos and a scripture passage to watch/read, and a time of reflection and discussion. We end the evening with prayer.

What do we study and discuss?
Every week we focus on a specific theme. Some of the topics for study and discussion are: How to be a follower of God in our world today? How to live as Jesus lived? How to be a follower of Jesus? All the topics are centered around Jesus and his way of love.

Do I need to bring anything?
No. Just come and enjoy a time of fellowship, stimulating discussion and prayer. Supper is provided.
